Postage, packing and delivery

Postage and packing is clearly listed. All items are despatched within 24 hours of receiving payment (please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear). Everything is insured to its full value and this is included in the postage and packing price. If you have any special delivery requests please email us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Product Guarantee

All products are brand new and guaranteed to be in working order when you receive them. If not we will replace the item (if another is available) or offer you a refund on the full purchase price including postage and packing, providing the item is returned to us within 7 days of receiving it.
