
Communication and Feedback: I ask that the winning bidder contact me within 2 days of the close of auction to acknowledge the winning bid and choice of payment methods. Payment must reach me within 7 days of the end of the auction. I notify my buyers when payment has been received and once again when the item is shipped. I will exchange prompt feedback with the buyer once the buyer has acknowledged receipt of the item and left me feedback.
Shipping: I will combine shipping whenever possible. Buyer will pay actual postal costs, including insurance (if required on the item) and delivery confirmation. The shipping calculator is provided as an estimate and is typically fairly accurate. In rare cases, I charge a nominal fee for shipping supplies but only if I have to purchase these supplies. I typically use recycled materials at no extra cost to the buyer. I pack my items well and do not assume responsibility for damage incurred during transit. USPS insurance claims for any damage incurred during shipment will be the responsibility of the recipient. I will glady provide any necessary paperwork to the recipient to expedite the claim process.
US BIDDERS: PayPal or postal money orders are the preferred method of payment. Items will be mailed upon receipt of either of these forms of payment. I will accept personal checks from US residents drawn on US banks. Personal checks can take up to 10 business days to clear my bank. Items will not be shipped until the check has cleared. I ship USPS.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: Payment can be made through PAYPAL or using an INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER in US DOLLARS. Buyer will pay actual shipping cost that includes full coverage insurance (if required on the item) through either Global Express Mail or Air Mail Parcel Post. I will not send items via economy surface mail. I will not list an item as a gift on the customs form and will not falsify the form in anyway.
Return Policy: All of my sales are final unless I have grossly misrepresented the item. I abide by all eBay seller policies.
