Here is a very nice vintage Santa in quite good condition considering all the trips down the chimney. I picked him up at a farm estate sale recently. Not sure of the age; but he is an oldie. He measures approx 26" tall. He has a very interesting face with denting from storage; but great color. The body is not soft but hard with a cotton material covering. Shoes have cracking from age and some black missing on the one sole. The mittens are flannel. The white ball is missing from his hat; other than that it is in I would say very good condition. The elastic around the bottom of trousers is no longer tight and the wrist material on both arms has come loose from the white cuff-not all the way but some. The trousers I believe had been either glued on or stitched to the body; but no more, I pinned them up. The belt is torn in half in the back and that is also pinned together. Material looks like oilcloth on the belt. There is no spotting or soiling that I can see. He is a real nice santa from the past and would make a very nice addition to your santa collection or  a real nice addition to your Christmas decor.
