Item Description

A rare large Tibetan Cloisonne bronze Buddha Shakyamuni. He stands in a samapada pose, eyes cast down, her robes falling in wavelike loops and folds to her feet, where each toenail has been carved. The figure is classically proportioned on a double lotus throne . A finely cast statue of excellent preservation. Circa: 19th Century.

The piece is kept in good condition with minor wear.
