Returns and Refunds

Requests for returns are extremely rare, but the following policies apply to any request.

In most cases, returns on unused and unopened items are accepted. Customer remains responsible for shipping charges both ways and a restocking fee of 20%.

Some items which are shipped brand new direct from the manufacturer are not returnable. We only work with reputable companies. Please contact us ahead of time about specific products and their return policies if you are not confident from the product description that they will meet your needs.

Once a product has been used, it is subject to the manufacturer warranty, if available, and is not returnable to us. Once an item has been in the customer's possession for 7 days, whether used or unused, the purchase is considered final and the item is not returnable to us.

If a package arrives obviously damaged, please refuse delivery or sign for it as damaged when possible. If the package is left or accepted, please save all packaging material as digital images may be needed. In any case, we must follow the insurance and damage policy of the delivery company, which may include inspection or photos of a damaged package and merchandise or a signed affidavit from the customer. We can not issue refunds or reshipments until the process with the delivery company is complete.

For some products, we order from a supplier after a purchase has been made. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable or backordered, you will have the option to wait until the backorder ends or we can refund your payment. If we have made a mistake in a listing and we can not complete your order, we will issue an immediate refund and an apology.

Shipping

Flat domestic shipping rates only include the Continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii may be extra.

In the event that a package is returned to us and marked unclaimed, invalid address, or unallowed by customs, whether domestic or international, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.

We ship Worldwide! Customer is responsible for knowing if their customs department will allow purchased item to be imported. Please check with your customs office website for a list of items which are able to be imported. Some heavy items are not available for shipment outside of the US. Germany and Sweden do not allow medicines or supplements to be imported. Italy does not allow playing cards to be imported. We fill out all customs forms accurately.

Most items ship within 48-72 hours. Domestic deliveries should arrive within 1-3 weeks, depending on the product. International orders usually arrive within 2-4 weeks. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company. For international orders, we cannot control if customs holds your item. Contact us for expediated shipping rates.
