• If NON Paying BIDDERS chooses not to pay, we will follow eBay's policy on non-paying bidders by filing to recover our listing and final value fees. 
• If the buyer has already paid and later decides they did not want the item, we will charge a 10% service fee on the total payment to cover all costs involved in processing, preparing, and packaging the order.

• For return, there is 25% restocking fee. Return must be in the original packaging. No refund for all sales after 7 days of receipt, and buyer must contact seller within 7 days of receipt.
• For defective products return or replacement, buyers must contact seller within 5 days of receipt.
• All products found not defective upon inspection will be subject to a 25% restocking fee if buyers want a refund. All opened items return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• For exchange due to buying a wrong product, buyer needs to pay two-way shipping fee.
• Shipping fee is not refundable. No exception.

• If the merchandise is defective, please contact us within 7 days for exchange. All exchanges required buyer to ship back defective merchandise before any replacement to be ship out. If an item is not replaceable or unavailable, we will issue a credit refund.
