We use Barclays ePDQ Processing services to securely take your Credit or Debit card details. There is no charge for Credit card usage. For security reasons we will only ship to the registered billing address.

Your Delivery and Order Explained

Orders are picked and despatched the same day as you place your order (Mon-Fri before 1pm) or the next business day. Here's more info on how your order gets to you:

Stage 1: You place and pay for your order (please do not forget to include a contact number)

Stage 2: We process your order (and payment if not paid for via PayPal)

Stage 3: Your order is faxed off to one of our warehouses

Stage 4: Your order is picked and booked for delivery - the same day the order is placed (if Mon-Fri before 1pm) or the next business day

Stage 5: Your order is ready for delivery and the courier company allocated to your delivery will contact you on the number you have provided and a delivery date will be booked. (We do this to allow you time to make arrangements for you to be in for the delivery)

Stage 6: Your item(s) are delivered on the date arranged and you will be asked to check and sign for all items on delivery

Stage 7: Please sign for your delivery and any problems will need to be reported to us at this stage so that the delivery company can resolve on site
