SHIPPING INFORMATION:

I ship out Monday through Friday only AFTER payment is received.  Please be aware that First Class mail can take 5-10 BUSINESS days from the time I drop off your package to the Post Office until the time it reaches you. I am not responsible for slow shipping through USPS, sometimes they run fast other times slow-especially during holidays, weekends and vacation times.

For (international Orders) you will need to ask for shipping and handling cost. All orders are shipped via the US postal service with delivery confirmation.  I ship First Class (4-10 business days for delivery) or Priority Mail (2-3 business days). 

MULTIBLE ITEM COMBINED S/H DISCOUNT:

 I will combine shipping on all items paid with ONE payment within 7 days. (Please email for combined rate, and which other items you are interested in).  If making multiple purchases, I will combine your purchases and adjust for shipping discount when you complete the eBay checkout. Multiple PAYMENTS will not qualify for combined shipping so please do not pay for your items individually, ask for combined invoice and pay for all items at once. 

 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

I usually give you 3 different shipping prices. Keep in mind that all International orders that are shipped via ECONOMY LETTER POST (the cheapest) can take 6-8 weeks, US AIR MAIL will take approx. 4-10 days, and  US Global Priority, 4-6  business days for delivery, I am not responsible for any customs delays.  All taxes and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Customs forms are completed with exact sale price.  I only ship international only twice a week, so if you are in a hurry, please find out when my exact shipping date is for that week.

 
PAYMENT INFORMATION:

All major credit/debit cards, pay pal balance transfers and e-checks are accepted through PAYPAL. Orders paid with Paypal e-check will only be shipped after the e-check has cleared through Paypal. (usually takes 4 business days).

Payments sent out via mail using MONEY ORDER and CASHIERS CHECK as payment also will only be shipped after payment is RECEIVED via mail.  I EXPECT an email from you within 3 days of your purchase stating payment method and when it will be sent out.  Also it would be nice to let me know payment WAS sent out so I can be watching for it and get your items ready for ship.

I DO NOT accept personal checks, no exceptions!

All payments are expected within 7 days of auction end or buy it now purchase. Please respond to payment invoice and complete eBay checkout within 48 hours with payment method.

I realize things do come up unexpectedly but PLEASE, PLEASE send me an email letting me know your intentions to pay and when, I WILL work with you if  keep me “informed."  I hate to file those ugly nasty NPB forms but I will, let's NOT have that happen!

 
NASTY BUT NEEDED SELLER’S POLICIES:

I HATE to leave negative feedback or file NPB’s ! PLEASE, please, please ask all questions prior to bidding or buy it now's! If you run in to a problem after winning an auction or purchasing buy it now, PLEASE contact me immediately so I can be aware of the problem and work with you. COMMUNICATION IS THE KEY between buyers and sellers on eBay, so please keep me informed of your payment and bidding status and in return I will keep you informed of your order and shipping status. Most negative feedback and NPB's result from poor or lack of communication.  We want this to be an easy and pleasurable experience all the way around.

 
NON-PAYING-BUYERS:

I do file NPB’s notices in accordance with eBay’s policies for nonpayment. I reserve the right to cancel any bids from users with a feedback history for non-payment.  I do not cancel bids at bidder’s request. If you bid in error or have changed your mind, you must retract your bid in accordance eBay’s bid retraction policies.

 
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

No cash refunds will be issued for any reason. If condition for a return is accepted, you will receive an exchange or store merchandise credit.
