Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds (Apparel Only):

We are not responsible for items lost on route. It is suggested that you purchase insurance.
Please measure your pet for apparel size before bidding/purchasing, as we do not refund or exchange if the item does not fit your pet.
We accept returns only for defective items.
We do not arrange for exchanges except for defective items.
If it is not our fault we do not reimburse for shipping and handling cost of any kind .
Additional shipping and handling, and price difference (if any) will be charged for exchanges.
If you have a defected item you must contact us within 3 days of receipt of items or else exchange will not be honored.
If you received the wrong item we will reimburse shipping cost for items that are returned via first class shipping .
Items to be returned must be unused and in new condition. Items that came back damaged, or with pet hair or odor will not be honored for exchanges or refunds, and we will not return the item to you unless you provide for the return shipping cost.

At this time we do not combine shipping and handling. However we do offer a discount of $1 off of each additional item purchased.
