What does "Region 1" mean?
Region 1 DVDs are meant for use in DVD Players sold in North America only and may not play on DVD players purchased outside of North America.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes! Unlike most eBay sellers, we do ship to APO and FPO address via U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! Orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS); however, please allow additional delivery time due to the extended shipping distance. Additionally, please note that most international orders are shipped via surface mail, and we do not have the option of expedited international shipping.
Can you mark my international item as a gift?
No. We cannot mark international items as gifts, or anything other than what they are.
Do you offer local pickup?
Due to the fact that our DVDs are shipped directly from our distributor, we do not offer local pickup.
Do you offer insurance?
Insurance is not necessary because we ensure that all packages are received, and are in good condition. Any lost or damaged DVDs will be replaced at no additional charge. DVDs that arrive damaged must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
What payment methods to you offer for international customers?
We prefer PayPal for international payments; however, US currency sent via Registered Mail is also accepted. We do not accept any other form of international currency, including cash, and will not accept any checks or money orders drawn on non-US banks. Any unauthorized form of payment will be returned.
Do you accept personal checks and money orders for US purchases?
Yes we do! Please understand; however, that additional time must be allowed for personal checks to clear. Any checks that are returned will be assessed a $20.00 fee, or the maximum allowable by state law, whichever is less.
Do you charge sales tax?
We only collect sales tax (7%) on orders that ship to addresses within the state of Nebraska.

Why haven't I received any emails from your company?
If you have purchased an item from us and have not received any emails, please be sure that your spam filters are allowing our emails to get through. We always send an email to confirm your purchase, and another email to confirm that we have received your payment. Additionally, we will respond to any email that you send to us in a prompt and professional manner. If you have sent us a question through eBay, and are blocking your email, we will not be able to respond.
I cannot find a particular DVD listed in your auctions, do you carry all available DVDs?
Midwest Media has over 90,000 DVDs available, with new releases becoming available on a daily basis. If you cannot find a particular DVD on our listed auctions, please ask.
