Postage and Packaging

We offer a next day delivery service.All purchases that have a cleared payment are posted daily, except for Sunday and bank holidays.

Our delivery costs are competitively low.

We offer a number of royal mail options and strongly recommend RECORDED DELIVERY.

At a cost of only £0.70 standard per package it is worth the reassurance of being able to track your package at any time. We also offer a guaranteed next day special delivery by 1pm, Monday to Friday. We do offer a guaranteed Saturday delivery at an additional £2 on top of the special delivery price.

We obtain proof of postage for every delivery but cannot be responsible once the packages are in the hands of royal mail, who do have a claims procedure. For details more details view our shop.

Returns Policy

You may return an item for any reason for either a refund or exchange.

All we ask is :

1. the returns must be within 7 days of delivery
2. the goods are returned in the exact same condition they were sent.
3. you email us so we can expect delivery stating your purchase and reason.

We will refund delivery costs if the goods are faulty but for all other returns we cannot refund delivery costs.

All of our goods are checked to ensure you receive a perfect product.
