Payment must be received within 10 days after auction close.

Shipping and Handling:
Orders are shipped the next business day after your payment clears.

Our online store shipping rates do not apply to eBay purchases.
We provide combined shipping for eBay purchases. We cannot combine online store and eBay shipping orders. They are totally different systems to process. Combined orders must be paid in one payment transaction.

Certain sales items do not have combined shipping discount. The flat shipping charge only applies to online store orders, please do not ask after you place a bid. Any cancellation will be charged $10.00 for each item won by a bidder. No Exception!

All packages weighing 4 pounds or less are shipped via USPS first class or USPS parcel post. USPS priority mail is available for an extra $3.00. Express Mail shipping can be arranged. All packages weighing over 4 pound will be shipped via FedEx Ground. FedEx Ground will not deliver to a P.O. box or military address. Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, military bases and other US territories will be only shipped by USPS Priority Mail. AmondoTech is not responsible for service transit time, package lost or damage during the shipment.

We do ship overseas by USPS. Please ask the shipping cost before you place a bid. 

Payments:
We accept PayPal, Echeck, personal check or Money Order. Winning bidders are required to make a payment within 10 days after auction close. A winning notice email will be sent to the winning bidder with checkout instructions.

Sales Tax:
We are required to collect 8.25% sales tax for all shipments within California by state law.

Return and Warranty:
Most of our products come with a 1-year warranty. Certain types of products have 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months warranty. Please check our website for detail. The closed out items are sold ?AS IS? with no warranty.

1. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We charge 20% of sales price for all refunded items. Absolutely no refunds after 30 days. Customer needs a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) for any return/exchange. Please email us rma@amondotech.com for instructions before returning any product.

2. All return merchandise must be in original condition including receipt and RMA#. Original receipt must accompany any product to be returned/exchanged.

3. Product that is returned incomplete, damaged, or has been used is not acceptable. All merchandise returned must be shipped freight prepaid and returned within 10 days of RMA issue date.

Warranty is limited to the value of the merchandise. AmondoTech is not liable for any consequential or incidental damages incurred.
