ATTENTION: the manufacture of this product produces the materials on large patterned rolls of carpet which are then cut and made into single mats.  The objects or pattern on the photo displayed may not appear on your mat. For example you may receive a mat with only two barns instead of three like the photo.

Shipping

All Shipping costs include shipping, handling, securing package, packing material, package pickup-fee, and any other fees that incur. Please make sure you agree to this before you place a bid. Depending on your location please allow 7-10 business days for shipping delivery.  All shipping is done though Canada Post and UPS. 

Oversea’s shipping can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks, depending on the service you choose to ship your item.

We also take money orders.

Return Policy

All sales are final.  There are NO REFUNDS & NO EXCHANGES unless we have made an error in the listing. This will occasionally happen so don't be afraid to email us and let us know so that we can work out a solution we can both live with. On rare occasions, a customer may feel that the item(s) they received was not accurately described in the auction.  In cases such as this, Mosaic will issue a refund or an exchange if the product is available   In order for the refund to be processed, the customer must contact us within 3 days of receipt of their item(s).  Once the item(s) has been returned, we will issue the refund, less any shipping costs that were incurred by the buyer in obtaining and returning the item(s).  Buyers have seven days to return item once they have contacted Mosaic about the return.

Damages

All products sold by Mosaic are Brand New, Never tested and in Mint Condition.  To ensure you receive your products this way, you might want to consider purchasing the optional insurance to guarantee your product, as any damages taken place during delivery is the responsibility of the courier provider.
