All payments must be received within 7 days. Payments not received within 7 days will have one of two consequences. 

#1) We contact the buyer via telephone or 

#2) We file a Non-Paying Bidder dispute.

Physical Payments:

Payments $100 and lower may be sent by personal check and will require 7-10 days for payment to clear.

Returns are accepted on a case by case basis, the following are the only reasons we will accept returns:

• Item description did not include a major defect/flaw that is found with the item.
• The item is not the one that was described in the listing.
• The package in which you received was poorly packed and the shipping service refuses to give you the insured amount. (Total amount may not be refunded)
• Buyer has called seller and both parties have reached an agreement.

We will accept a return only if the buyer pays shipping back to us AND there will be a penalty of 15% for restocking and reversing all paperwork.
