Shipping: We ship the best way possible to your door. Processing generally takes 2-3 days after confirmed payment. Most shipments on larger items are shipped from our warehouse and most items are shipped UPS. Shipping by UPS, the item is insured and included in the shipping cost. No additional fees are charged on shipping unless specified in the listing. You pay actual shipping cost. The larger items are bulky and the cost is understandably more. Once the item has been processed and shipped, we’ll be glad to send you a tracking number if so requested. UPS Ground shipping time runs about 6 days or so.

UPS shipments require an actual street address so, we can’t use a P.O. Box for this listing.

Payment: Payment for our listings is PayPal only. Buyer and seller protection is the reason.

Returns and Exchanges: We’ll be glad to exchange any defective product damaged in shipping. Prior notification within 7 days of receiving your item is required. Defective parts must be returned, at your shipping expense before we can replace the item. If there is any problem with your product purchase, just let us know and we’ll try very hard to make it right.
